If your personal water supply was used for community clean-up efforts during October or November, you may request reimbursement. Eduard will submit the tap numbers used. Please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the WaterSmart portal: https://fortmyersfl.watersmart.com

  2. Check your usage for the specific day(s) your water was used.

  3. Calculate excess usage:

  4. Complete the reimbursement form available in the portal.

  5. Reimbursement calculation:

    • Multiply the number of excess gallons by $0.025.      â€‹

Noteworthy Items

  • Power Washing
Power Washing will take place January 2026. Should your water bill increase dramatically please submit the current and the last months bill to the Clubhouse and the Association will gladly remit the difference. Eduard will submit the tap numbers used.
  • Garbage Containers
Please note, sidewalk containers are not for household garbage. These are to be used for pet waste and walkers only.
  • Hazardous Materials
Do not place in recycling as this is both dangerous to the Recycling people and creates spills on our pavement.
Hazardous Waste Dropoff for Paint and Propane containers is located at 4664 Topaz Court (Off Metro- South)
  • Christmas Decorations
Christmas decorations may be displayed from Thanksgiving until one (1) week after New Year’s (to allow residents to celebrate the Epiphany). All other lighting including landscape lighting must be white lighting to conform with uniformity.
  • Parking
Vehicles on the Condominium property may not be in a state of disrepair or cause damage to the property, (for example, but not limited, to oil leaks). All cost for repairs to property will be applied to the unit owner
  • Golf Cart
Contact the Clubhouse at 239-931-0172 (Until January) procedures for renting.
